Book the 45 minutes
Before we meet
We look at your business the way a customer would. It takes us about 1–3 hours, which is why the first slot is four days out.
- We search for the job you do, in your suburb. That's how strangers find you.
- We search for your business name. That's how people who were recommended to you find you.
- We ask Google's AI, ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude what your customers would ask. Ten times each, because their answers change every time.
- We read your reviews beside your two nearest rivals.
Bring two numbers if you can
- Calls you missed and didn't return in the last 7 days. Your phone's call log has them; it takes two minutes.
- Quotes you sent but haven't followed up.
If you've used our free check, they're already in.
In the 45 minutes
We show you what we found and what it's likely costing you. Then what we'd fix first, including what you can do yourself. If the full service isn't right for you, we'll say so.
You'll talk to one of our team, from Cleveland in the Redlands.
Not ready to talk? Get the report first: the free check, with no email.
The 45 minutes are free. The earliest time is four days out, so the audit is done before we talk.
The calendar didn't load. Book on cal.com instead.
What ChatGPT and Google's AI say about you
Ask an AI assistant the same question twice and you'll often get a different list of businesses, because each answer is written fresh. When SparkToro asked ChatGPT, Claude and Google's AI the same questions 60 to 100 times each, the same list came back less than once in 100. So one answer on one day can't tell you whether you show up. It takes many tries and a count.
In the audit before our meeting, we ask Google's AI answers, ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude the questions your customers would ask, ten times each, and count how often you're named and who's named instead: "ChatGPT named you in 3 of 10; Rival A in 8." It's a dated count, not a score, and nobody can promise to change it. It does show where you stand.
